How quickly will my order be processed and delivered?
We prioritize swift processing and secure delivery of your order. Most products are shipped across India, except to a few locations not served by our logistics partners. Upon placing your order, we’ll provide an estimated delivery date based on product availability and your location.
What are the shipping and packing charges?
Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the delivery location. Additional packing charges apply for safe packaging of bottles (250 ml, 450 ml, 500 ml, 750 ml, and 1 L), as per applicable rates.
When and how is my order dispatched?
Orders placed before 11 AM are typically processed and packed on the same day, subject to product availability. Completed orders are dispatched the next business day via our trusted courier partners. To ensure freshness, we avoid overstocking. However, delays may occur due to shortages at the manufacturer or super stockist level, which are beyond our control.
How long does delivery take?
Deliveries typically arrive within 3–22 business days, depending on your location and product availability. Remote areas may require additional time. We collaborate with multiple courier partners to ensure efficient delivery, but delays may occur due to:
- Incorrect shipping address or PIN code
- No recipient at the delivery address
- Extreme weather conditions
- Force majeure events
- Courier partner issues
If delays occur, our customer support team will contact you to discuss options. You may choose to wait for the delivery or request a refund, which will be processed within 1–2 business days after the package is returned to us. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
Shipping Methods
We offer several shipping methods to choose from:
- Standard Shipping - 3 to 5 business days
- Express Shipping - 1 to 2 business days
- International Shipping - 7 to 14 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and other factors.
Can I request urgent delivery?
We strive to expedite order processing upon request, but delays due to procurement issues at the manufacturer or stockist level, or post-dispatch courier delays, are beyond our control. Refunds are not provided for such delays.
Will I receive updates on my order status?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS when your order is shipped and another when it’s delivered. You can also track your order status through your account on our website. Upon delivery, the recipient must sign an acknowledgment and provide a contact number.
Who can receive my order at the delivery address?
Anyone at the delivery address can accept the package. However, the courier partner may require ID proof, such as a PAN Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhar Card.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, we provide a tracking ID from the courier partner. If online tracking is available, you can use the provided URL or contact the courier partner directly with the tracking ID.
Can I change the delivery address after dispatch?
No, once the order is dispatched, the delivery address cannot be modified, and the shipment cannot be redirected.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected during checkout.
You can view the estimated shipping costs in your shopping cart before completing your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or through the shipping carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.
If your order contains any restricted items, we will notify you during the checkout process.
